I just want to share the power of "No Lunch BOx Day"!
Yesterday our school had a "No Lunch Box Day" program.
It means the school gives free lunch for workers once a month.
We like having free lunch bonus because we can save money on meals once a month.
And not only that instead of wandering off on our own, employees who eat in one central location tend to spend more time getting to know one another including students. This brings us closer together, strengthens our teams and boosts our school culture. Having free lunch, and eating together helps facilitate conversations and team building!
It was a great experience!
