Sisig Fiesta of Angeles City has showcased the best pork dish of the Philippines. The “arguably greatest pork dish on earth”, dubbed by New York Times, SISIG, has showcased again on April 29, 2017 at the Train Station ‘Crossing’ in Angeles City . Taking advantage of the nostalgia, the ambiance of the place recreated reminiscent of the height of its popularity of SIZZLING SISIG in in the 1980’s.
The Sisig Fiesta of Angeles is a gastronomic event where the many varieties of Sisig intend to showcase the creativity and distinct taste in food of Kapampangans.
Lots of people attended to witness and experience the evolution of Sisig from its roots along with the changes it had undergone which I think the highlight.
Each chef prides itself on its secret recipe, each cook holds dear his or her essential spices and marinades, and each version of sisig is different, and each one is as good as the rest!
